Questions and answers about moving and storage

How long am I required to rent the space?

There is a one month minimum. The Rental Agreement is month to month and you may cancel at any time. We are happy to prorate your last month, just let us know as soon as you know!

When can I access my unit?

365 day a year! 6:00 am until 7:00 pm.

Can my friends/family have access to my unit?

Yes, they can, but they will have to obtain the personal I.D. card (driver's license), gate code and key to your lock from you. We cannot permit admittance to anyone except those persons authorized in the Rental Agreement and we are unable to open your unit for them.

Do you accept deliveries?

We can sign for FedEx, UPS, and DHL deliveries. Some restrictions apply, please see office manager for details.

How will I know when my rent is due?

Typically rent is due on the 1st day of each month. See Manager for exceptions.

How do I pay my rent?

You can either pay your rent by credit card or debit card, online, or by mailing in a check monthly. If you would like to stop by our office we accept cash, check, money order and all major credit cards. You can choose the most convenient method that suits you.

What discounts are available to current tenants?

We have Military or Senior Discounts available on a monthly basis and a 6 or 12 month prepayment special. See manager for details.
